Cue Card to complete the fairytale

Cue Card can complete the fairytale for his late owner by rounding off a superb season in winning the Gold Cup. Don Poli was my ante post tip last Spring and should go close .

Shantou Village has been my Albert Bartlett tip for months and conditions look perfect.

Plenty of each way options elsewhere. Black Hercules. Knock House, Tagliatelle, Arge D’Arlene and Cause Of Causes all rewarded each way selections for the blog yesterday keeping me just in fronc after 3 days.

Here are my selections for the final day of this year’s festival

Cole Harden heads each way options galore on day 3

image

It’s was an excellent day for the blog yesterday with Diamond King above, Diego Du Charmil and Ballyandy all obliging at 12/1, 13/2 and 5/1.

image

Back home after a fantastic 2 days at the Festival including witnessing Sprinter Sacred (above) emotional comeback and nicely  in front from a punting perspective.

Day 3 looks extremely difficult with each way chances galore.

Thistlecrack is rightly favourite for the World Hurdle but drying ground will suit Cole Harden and he is sure to battle all the way to defend his crown.

Today’s selections : –

No More Heroes can take RSA

image

The RSA is billed as a match between No More Heroes and More Of That and I fancy the former to just prevail. Seeyouatmidnight could reward each way backers.

Un De Sceaux can beat the old guard in the Champion chase where the fences may be his biggest danger.

Yanworth can confirm himself as one for the future in the opener.

Josies Orders looks a worthy favourite in the Cross Country race.

Each way selections :-

2.50 Rock The Kasbah, Politologue, Diamond King

4.50 Diego Du Charmil, Our Thomas, Duke of Medina

5.30 Ballyandy , Spirit of Kayf, Couer Blimey.

John Blance Racing

Jumped slowly in rear: a meander through the world of the staying handicap chase.
